Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows (failure to arrive without notice) will also be charged 20% and may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment to book future appointments.
By booking an appointment, you authorize the card on file to be charged in accordance with this policy.
